Peace of Find was founded in memory of Mr. Myron Douglas, whose 40-year dedication to St. Douglas Supermarket & Cafe taught invaluable lessons about business. His experience also revealed how workplace environments can profoundly impact both business performance and personal wellbeing—inspiring our mission to create healthier, more efficient professional spaces.
Witnessing how environmental factors in his cluttered back office may have affected his health led to a powerful realization: businesses don't just need organization—they need intentional systems that support both success and the wellbeing of the people who work there every day. At the heart of Peace of Find LLC is Jazmyn Michel-Douglas, a passionate professional with a BS in Health Science from Mercy College and corporate experience across multiple industries. As a first-generation business owner and minority woman entrepreneur, she founded Peace of Find to help busy professionals streamline their spaces.
Jazmyn's expertise spans digital organization, workflow optimization, project management, records management, and move management, making her a versatile partner for clients.
Outside work, Jazmyn is a wife and mother of two who enjoys travel and a good movie. Her mission remains bringing peace and productivity to clients by creating spaces that support and inspire success.
