Founded on purpose.
Built for lasting order.
Peace of Find was built on a simple belief: organized environments don't just look better — they perform better, protect better, and support the people working in them every day.
A business born from experience — and purpose.
Peace of Find LLC was founded by Jazmyn Michel-Douglas, in memory of Mr. Myron Douglas — whose four decades running St. Douglas Supermarket & Cafe in Queens taught her everything about what it means to build something that works, and what happens when the environment around a business stops working.
Watching a cluttered, disorganized back office contribute to stress, inefficiency, and missed opportunities made something clear: disorganization isn't just inconvenient. It has real costs — to time, to money, to health, and to the people who show up every day trying to do their best work in spaces that make that harder than it needs to be.
That realization became the foundation of Peace of Find. Not a cleaning service. Not a home organizer. A consultancy that looks at the full picture — physical spaces, digital systems, records programs, inventory, and workflows — and builds integrated solutions that hold.
We are proudly woman and minority-owned, Queens-based, and built to serve the institutions and businesses that make New York run.
Meet Jazmyn Michel-Douglas
Jazmyn Michel-Douglas is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Peace of Find LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Mercy College and brings corporate experience across multiple industries — including healthcare, education, and professional services — to every client engagement.
As a first-generation business owner and minority woman entrepreneur, Jazmyn founded Peace of Find to fill a gap she saw repeatedly: organizations with real operational challenges but no access to the kind of integrated, systems-oriented organizing expertise that larger institutions take for granted.
Her areas of expertise include records management and LGS-1 compliance, physical space organization, inventory management, digital systems design, and move coordination. Outside of Peace of Find, Jazmyn is a wife and mother based in Queens, active in her church community, and committed to building a business that reflects the values she holds: integrity, service, and a genuine investment in the success of the people she works with.
Our mission
Peace of Find is dedicated to enhancing productivity, reducing stress, and fostering clarity by creating organized, efficient environments that support both business success and the wellbeing of the people who work within them.
Excellence
We maintain the highest standards in everything we do, from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. Every project, regardless of size, receives the same level of care and attention to detail.
Efficiency
We respect your time and your budget. Our solutions are designed to deliver real, measurable results — not just a space that looks good for a week.
Empowerment
We don't just organize and leave. We train your team, document your systems, and make sure the people who maintain the space after we're gone know exactly how to do it.
Evolution
We stay current on records management standards, compliance requirements, and organizational best practices. Your engagement reflects the most current thinking, not yesterday's approach.
Environment
We create healthier workspaces and practice responsible disposal, digital optimization, and eco-conscious solutions wherever possible.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a free consultation — a 30-minute conversation about your space, your challenges, and your goals. From there, we build a custom plan with a clear scope, timeline, and fixed price.
